Where are u at in Texas. I am in Austin. Went to Grande for a year when CTS and Tiger left a couple of years ago. Since then I have be remodeling houses. Had a guy who worked for Nexcom come to a house I was at to get up the pole for a disconnect. Said if he did not terminate all ports TWC would back charge the whole job. Said his company cannot find good help. I am glad I left TWC. They need a attitude adjustment . Be careful and good luck. Techseven
