Uboat, the "special" tax exempt status is only to certain immigrants from the middle east. It does not extend to all immigrants. Just look at who owns the hotel/motel chains. They come over with tax exemption for 5-7 years, go back and sell the company to their brother/sister and get more tax exemption.
