I don't know this Southern Tech from Adam but if they're that far out it and still having a problem paying it means they don't have the cash to properly run their business. And that means the very first snag they hit will most likely cost you your remaining checks.
Everyone should stay away from these type companies, no matter how well they pussyfoot around their problem. Force them to stay within their means with a smaller crew by saying thanks, but no thanks.
