I've sent in invoices on thurs. ups, dhl, and fedex. I have the conf# that all invoice were received on the mondays. Thirty days out or four weeks doesn't mean you mail the check out 37 days from the invoice. I know it sounds petty but I've been down this road before with other companies. First your checks are late, then they are later the next time. Being short is hard to deal with though. I have my phone number on the invoices if there are any Questions. Never got a call wondering why my invoice is X amount and the check they are sending is Y amount. Billy would fix it, only after I call and go job by job over the invoice. They have paid me in full, but I dont like having to fight for my pay.
