John G, I don't know you from Adam nor do I know the first thing about installations. But I do know Unity. I'm a Regional Manager in the sales division. 5 markets in CA, 1 in New Mexico,and 1 in Colorado. I have a wife and a new born son, and this company affords me a good quality of life. Yes, Unity is pro family..... Unity is a family for that matter, how often do you here sales managers backing installers? Well independent is a good man and a personal friend. It sounds to me like you didn't really get a chance to know him on a business or personal level. Rest assured it's your loss. And I'm sorry for that.
