all this thing are part of the job this is a career choice these guys and myself have made my job is to make that experience as good as I can possibly make it your only making points with yourself with the thing you bring up for debate everyone one here is a cable guy or sat guy and we have all made the choice to work in this type of enviorment and love the fast pace and high expectations so when I treat my guys well stick up for them with the MSO pay more than 50 percent put em up in nice hotel and supply them with all the tools they need to do the job right yeah we are made for installers pay is on time ect. ect we strive to be the best we can be and I get offended when some hourly networking guy starts jumping my company or cable primes as well there are a few really great primes to work for out there
and we are one of them
