You're right in that I don't know squat about your operation, which is precisely why I have been asking you to tell me what you think is so great about it. In my opinion, "great" is either a high cut going to the installers, a stress free workplace which is almost impossible at 60+ hours a week, or cost reimbursement.
But, hey, that's just me.
