Lifters, seeing as how you are in California, 6% of you income should be pretty cheap to cover both GL and WC.
I have had a LLC in Alabama ($70 one time fee) and Florida ($170 one time fee) and I downloaded the files from the states website and filed myself. Here in Tennessee it costs $450, and I have my cpa steer me in the process.
Congratulations seem to be in order here Lifters. You are making over $100,000 per year which in this biz is pretty darn good. I would also suggest the "Money Makeover" by Dave Ramsey. Check it out, it is a real life changer.
