And as long as your an llc or inc you cannot be personally sued. In va it cost around 450 to become an llc all you have to do is find a lawyer that will draw up the papers for you and have your name filed with the state. You should definitey get your own ins. In va workcomp cost around 1200 a year for yourself. I think you can get a policy cheaper but you would not be able to make any claims on yourself.
