I whole heartedly agree and yet you still have providers who scream "You promised me 6 crews on this job and you've only got 5(who produce like 8)". I take pride in putting together good crews, not good foremen with a couple warm bodies. Never mind the damage to property and of course the other negatives. So, do I please the provider or continue doing what I know is right?
