Re: weaker techs should go home

A tech who has his own standard of high quality is worth far more than simple production numbers. A tech who is producing return trips, charge backs, and ugly work does not help anything in the big picture. I'll take work ethics over a hot body every time. The hot bodies cause far more damage and require far more attention than a tech who takes pride in his work. Pride in producing a job well done seems to have somehow gotten lost in far too many people here in this industry. A guy who doesn't seem to care about the quality of the work he does has no place in my idea of this (or any other) business. A guy with his own high personal standards will always be an asset to any crew.
