That is right if Bush would have turned a blind eye to terrorists attacks and found a white guy like Timothy McVeigh, then our gas prices would probably be around $1 per gallon. I watched Clinton sell us all down the river from NAfta, to Gatt, to abusive federal powers over states rights via Compassionate Use Act of California and all the other states which joined.
