Don't you hate it when the shop manager has contractor envy. When a manager doesn't really like his job and it seems he/she has never worked out in the field, or if they did they forgot about the tough times and only see the $$$ you can earn as a independant.
I find it more and more difficult to put up with the BS that stems from this condition. The pointed conversations, the demeanor and disregaurd of the technician. You can feel that they look at you as a liabillity when actually they should be grateful of having a skilled and reliable tech.
Oh well, enough moaning and b*tching, what about you guys. How have you dealt with this type of conflict and come out with a positive result?
