I had a customer tell me you are not leaving until you fix my problem. I blurted out your problem is that you have screwed up wiring and a bad attitude. I realised what I said and said screw it why stop now. I told him I was not the original tech that installed your service and the radio shack wires and splitters proves that this is your handywork. I will fix your cable problems by elimination your work as soon as that happens you will have to reschedule for additional outlet because I am not doing 5 A/Os at 6pm I have kids to pick up.
