I worked for company 1 and met another tech "Mike". I left and went to company 2 which "Mike" worked for at one point in time. I am very unhappy (pay cuts, passed for a management position which was given to someone with much less exp. because he's buddies with the management team, etc...) and ready to leave. I was told by "Mike" that if I do the right thing and give two weeks I will be dropped then and there.
I know this seems pretty simple but I have been with this company over a year now and am torn about giving two weeks or not.
Any ideas?
