"The ones that Dish has are HDMI on one end and DVI on the other and includes the adaptor to convert it back so that it is an HDMI on both ends with a DVI splice in the middle."
What? When did Dish start supplying HDMI to DVI cables along with a DVI to HDMI adapter for their HD receivers?
Do they supply different markets with different cables?
Here, in Nashville, with both 211's and 622's, we get the standard "blue bag" special. Which is one 6' RG59 jumper, one 25' CAT3 phone cord, one 6' A/V (RCA Cable), and four Chinese made AAA batteries.
Oh, yeah, we also get the clear bag, too. Which contains a 6' S-Video cord, another 6' RG59 jumper, a useless attenuator, a UHF Remote antenna, and another set of their Chinese batteries.
If you have any of those extra HDMI to DVI cables and DVI to HDMI adaptors laying around, I'll buy them from you.
I also upsell straight HDMI cables to my customers. How much do you charge? An electronics store here, in Nashville, charges $75 each.
