yeah youre right ,well what happened with me was i was real close to 40 % nonresponder really trying to comply, well because other installers were not doing their job the company i work for charged back every installer 5 bucks per line, we went from 70 /20 to 70/15 non negotiable whether we hook up phone lines or not. wheres the incentive.very discouraging.but i still love directv.ive been a satisfied customer for 13 years.
