i make sure evey house w/ land line gets every reciever hooked up. mostly via wireless. i always get under 44 and make custom. standard installation of phone lines is the patch cord in the box to existing outlet. cheaper for the cust to buy my wieless than pay me to run lines. thats what works for me.
