some of us in western pa are getting screwed so bad that we are paying the to work,here we put up two dish for this dma
we get the same pay as everyone else no extra for the second.
we get no pay for call backs that are not call backs but customer caused
ya they give us a van and equipment to work with but 6 to 8 jobs a day and working 6 and 7 days a week are bull s...
with the phone lines the keep telling us that the are going to lower our pay scale they did that when they gave us vans.
I made more money working out of my own truck and even with gas i was clearing a nice amount.
now own a van and only clearing about half of what i was.
Ironwood has lost alot of people and they wonder y
maybe some one in Canada should take a good look at their company and quite giving raises and start taking care of the hand that feeds them
some of the guys that have left ironwood are making more money out side the satellite business doing cable and selling used cars then they were working here
