Re: non-responders dtv

that is basically what i was looking for in an answer! i myself checked a workorder that had no home phone service where i shut off the ippv and got ext 732 on the screen which means ppv is shut off from that reciever to the remote. then i checked the ftp site and low and behold that job and all the reciever was marked on the ftp site as phone connected and it did not respond. so the next step, i called dtv and checked on this paticular job and they told me they had it down as the phones were not connected and the ppv was shut off by the tech and that the customer had no home phone service. so i guess we get charged no matter what because without the correct research it is automatically the techs fault regardless so again i asked, no i begg to keep me and my techs working how do we deal with this? i am at my wits end on this and just want to get past this phase of new things from dtv.?!
