It's a land grab of the 1st degree. Homes in the ninth ward are being bulldozed and the land being taken under eminant domain laws. The levee which was first estimated at 3.1 billion to rebuild has now going to cost over 9 billion and will probably see an even higher amount before it's finished. New Orleans will be rebuilt, but it will be high end hotels and casinos taking the place of homes that people can live in.

Cheney is deep into fema, and fema made a more than uncomfortable situation for the residents of New Orleans so that the majority of people would never think of wanting to come back there. And who wants to give odds that Zero Halliburton gets a nice fat contract in the rebuilding of New Orleans where they will sell the tax payers cinder blocks at $100 a pop with not a question from anybody.
