It has already happenend in Gadsden and B'ham. B&A are still in Bham, but a contractor is steadily getting more and more of the work. They are not contracted through B&A, directly through dtv.
I heard one guy say he wanted to smack dtv's rep in the mouth after meeting with them to negotiate a deal. The funny thing is this guy is as laid back as they come. As most in life and biz, it's a double edged sword.
