Re: W/C

This guy trey just keeps pushing his agenda without merit. Ok so your saying trey guys arent contractors that are told when and where to show up for work even though their pay scale is atleast 2x what inhouse techs make. Have you lost your mind. So in your world for instance company xxx is in all actuality is not a contractor. After all they are required to find people to show up and work during set times. So therefore companies that are run into the ground should sue the service providers for a stake in the company? Company xxx in the end was told where and when to go to work. How can they be a contractor please elaborate? Why sue or go after the sub when the real demon is the Service Providers? Shouldnt Shaw Construction be covered under the Army corps of engineers policies because it works out they are telling Shaw where to go and when to do it? That is called work and to go from 2k a week to 600 is not in my vocabulary. You find me a union that makes my job easier so I can make more money in a day I would consider givin ya some of it. Till then go do something constructive and buy some cheese to go with the whining. TX inhouse employes after 7 years tenure guess what trey $12 bucks an hour. Think about what your saying. You say there is enough money for them to keep paying contractors 1500+ a week and provide all the goodies along with it? Cmon inhouse-12 bucks/hour or contractor a couple grand a week. And guess what If I dont want to do something I dont do it. Isnt that the main difference? Noone calls me and tells me to do anyting they ask now. Before I was told at 9 pm that I would be heading back out to repair an outage in the lightning storm. Yeah in my bucket raining and lightning. Gotta get that fiber or copper hot. GL finding people that enjoy being controlled not this lad.
