The guys who run the show in the T/W system are more corupt than polotitions. They bring in contract companies and from the start compile lists of jobs that are done. They find ways to loose converters and the backcharges pile up. Than they keep the money from ever showing up for the contractor. Of course being 90 days out he usually goes bankrupt. Can you imagine the amount of money being saved by these practices. I would go as far as to say there is most likely some money going into the pockets of the guys in charge as well. Its dirty pool and it effects the lives of a lot of people. I would strongly suggest any contractor thinking about working for these jokers to do your homework. Ask some of the local guys how many firms have been there in the past 5 years. Stay away.
