Alright. If the rest of the industry is like Charleston (I hardly doubt it isn't) The companies have came and gone. Primes have changed systems, or..faded away - like the infamous, and as of TODAY, defunct OCI. "now going under the name "Old School Construction" I was the last OCI tech running a route. Now, that the smoke has cleared (prepared for it) it is a mess. I have no IDEA who is working for who anymore...
