I don't think the install world is going to get better at all until the "typical installation is free" stuff stops. People can blame management all they want but to get a free install including the dish(materials) and STB w/ DVR and 70 something channels for $30/month? I always hear people refer to the good ole days of cable and that's when customer's had to pay for it. But there's too much competition now with SAT. CATV, Telco's and Municipalities all offering services.
