It goes on all the time.
When I answer any ad I ask where the work comes from. If Mastec or Advanced Technology is anywhere in the line I cut the conversation off.
Even with that said , I still have a service call unpaid that somehow has Mastec on it and I try to miss these gentlemen.
Well stated post but the real question is why would DTV or anyone continue to use such a screwed up system?
