I don't think there is. However, if you are interested in bench-testing LNBs, then perhaps you can set up a correctly pointed dish and establish some standard level readings on a test IRD using many good LNBs. Do this for several, if not all, transponders. You might want to set up a BirdDog on your bench and load in both LHCP and RHCP channel plans. If the LNB is stuck on a polarity, then it shouldn't show found on the opposing polarity. This might not work for DP or stacked LNBs.
The idea is that once you know what normal numbers are for LNBs for all the various transponders, you can check them using good equipment. If an LNB reads too low or inconsistent you can fail it.
