I Know what it`s like to have the mistaken ID happen.
15 years ago I was working and I got a summons to go to court over a hospital bill. One I NEVER went to and second I was not even in that part of the country when this happened. Because they were JERKS at the hospital and did`nt believe me. i WENt to there LAWYER , showed him PROOF that I was not there at the time (I was in the military 2000 miles away and had documented proof) and told them drop it or I`ll get a HUNGRY LAWYER to counter sue you. They did drop it but it still cost me a days wages and the time\hassle to deal with them.
I told that hospital that I would die in the street before I`d EVER go there.
