I just gotta say if you think Bill Gates did it on his own then you need a trip to the movie store and check out Pirates of Silicone Valley. Gate Was contracted by IBM to make their PC's work. He could not do it so he found a guy who already had a program that would called DOS, and he bought it for little of nothing. Sold it to IBM for I believe $50,000 and a percentage of ALL PC's it was installed on. Bill Gates is NOTHING more than a figurehead and a Very good business man.
