I work at a company that is now doing the same.. At first it was own truck and tools. NOW it's lease a van at a weekly rate. We now have to go all uniform.. At first it was just T-shirt's that was fine. Now it's the shirt's and khaki.. Still no insurance or 1040 tax forms.. I have the van, it's killing me per week and I do the t-shirt's.. I still don't do the khaki's !!!! If they want us to go that far then it should be all the way
..FREE cable and part's to do job's , gas and 401k... WE still get the same pay per job.. The bottom line is if they want us to be like them and look like them..Then gives us all that they have and stop all the BS!!!!!!!! I would like to only work 5 day's and weekend's off with paid holidays...
