Could you define "signal"? What makes up a "signal"? Not sure I understand what a "signal" is. I though a "signal" was RF. Could you define RF? I think RF is measured in Field Strength. Field strength is the electric or magnetic field strength at a radio frequency. If that's not voltage I think the industry might be in trouble. Don't jump on someone unless you know what you are talking about. It's all about frequency. Go to school and learn some basic electronics before jumping in someone's case.
