Your peaching to the choir. I have seen so much new outside plant absolutley butchered to the point of needing to be replaced. It just makes me sick. So many companies think they can send some "bodies" to a fiber class and then they will have qualified splicers. What a joke! I spend at least 25% of my time fixing other peoples messes when I'm on a FTTP project. FTTP is the EASIEST fiber work there is! Just think if these clowns were sent out to do hot cuts or trouble shoot. I don't think some of them could spell OTDR.
