Have a customer that I've been doing maintenance for for years. The big job finally came along and thier suits went with low bid. What a joke, prepping and pressing the green button off the tailgate. At least I've got some job security cleaning up the mess. Has only been two months since job completion and I have already rebuilt 5 closures. When will they learn you get what you pay for. I guess never. Just started my brother in splicing. He has 38+ years in a technical field (Industrial automation). He's been with me for about 8 months and just now do I feel comfortable turning him loose on his own (and I still check behind him). I will not let a hack screw up 35 years of building a reputation.
The end result of a socialist is the same as a communist. The communist is just in a hurry and has a gun.
