sometimes chargebacks are the only thing some techs understand.for example...in our company a tech is given three days to go back and fix his qc reject to avoid a charge back, and yet i still have techs who do not fix them. now atthis point i have to pay someone to go fix this job (which must be a crappy job for the tech not to want to fix) so i let that tech take the whole job. its very simple do good work get good pay and when those "oversights" happen...fix them and everyone is happy. there has to be some measures inforced to maintain a level of quality. as for those companies that charge you without giving you a chance to fix them.....its simple....DONT WORK FOR THEM!
