Ok look, you do a bad job...you're going to get charged back for it. Change professions for a minute. If you're another type of subcontractor - say a roofer or a plumber or electrician...if you do a bad job, don't you think someone is going to charge you back for it? Or do you think they're just going to fix it and you'll never hear from them again. It's time to start doing a good job...yes I do realize they pay is not what it used to be, but it's not going to get any better doing the **** work I've seen out there...especially with installs - I cannot believe some of the **** installers get away with now - in the days of "tighter QC's." Not to mention, if I even thought about doing half the **** I've seen installers do, I'd take myself out back and kick my own ass. Just do your job how you should do it. This is an ass-backwards industry - you have to realize that...now we have to find something out to do with it...but the answer is not - and i repeat not - a union...got it Trey?
