ALL in-house techs are leaving and I don't care which prime it is, Cox, TW, Charter, Mediacom. Their not using their heads right, they should be using US all the time and pay us good money. Because in the end it's about the money. WE give them what they want and we get what we want, so right now they are shooting them selfs in the heads.
