yep twc is a joke
installed for them 2 years. prices kept on going down.
left and went to contract for competitor. and yes i have hit 1800 in week and the latest i ever been out was 6pm. one of our techs hit 2100. usually average 1400-1600 per week. so right now im loving cable.
twc will realize that pricing gets u no where. down here they are having trouble replacing the techs that left. this is after threating us that they had 10 primes wanting to get in here. hahahaha
