C'mon Sumahit. We've been talking to each other toooo long for you to say I dont recognize the talent pool may be getting a little thin. Hell you even asked my opinion about it a while back.
Rught now with out workers having a voice, the answer to the talent shortage is bogus sided contract. Theres no real commitment to improving the talent level. Everyone just concentrates on making sure they are protected from them, very little is done to bring up the level of talent. Unless of course you call training someone with no exp for 3 weeks and sending him out with 6-7 orders expecting them to be done correctly to be a smart thing to do.
