Well, I figure if you knew Ray and Bill from the Berrmuda days you might have run into a bud of mine name John Pratt.. I worked with him in West Palm Bch and McBride mentioned him from working on the island. Pratt was a good guy, a bit of a nutcase but a good man just the same.
Bill told me about his injury and spun some great yarns about life back in Wyoming.. Did he ever show you a pic of the cannon on his porch firing wet mule sh*t?
Ray was a trip to work with on this project too. Once things started going to hell I did as much as I could to keep his company working. Adelphia brought in too many primes to work on such a small project, everyone got hurt in the end but it was really sad to see a small guy like Ray take the hit he took. The man ramped up to meet the needs of the project, I always respected him for taking on any work he was assigned to do.
Again I have to say my exp. working with Bill and Ray was a pleasure.
