I'm sorry you weren't paid Joe but if that company faced similar CB's like we did I understand how it would be difficult. Fortunately we were able to pay all of our techs for all Pro Sat jobs whether we were paid or not because it is not the fault of the tech or even my companies but the whole fault lays on Kory's greed. Forget the courts, they are never going to be able to collect, Pro Sat will say they were following the contract and can make up any lame excuse for QC failure. I guess that is what the CB's were for, there is no explanation whatsoever on the sheet that was received just a list of the jobs and a $100 deduction on each. It is a shame to disco a cx but I guarantee you it more a shame that the companies and installers like yourself don't get paid.
