InstallsRus,
I proposed the wire cut idea. I got an e-mail from Frank Genco of Genco installations assuring all techs that they would be paid but there would be a delay because they had lost their ProSat contract.
I called DTV and suggested that I could go out and cut wire on the unpaid jobs. They( a CSR) assured me my actions would be premature. Also Illegal and unfair.
So Frank Genco and his partner Wendy hit the road with my $1000.00 and the mobney of others and I am having trouble getting service in PA. Still have the signed work orders, no charge back issues.
Upon furthur consideration I have decided I was just upset because I accepted the word of Frank Genco who stole from me. DTV paid him and trusted him. Unfortunatly the customer still has my fittings, rg6, lag bolts, quick ties, Roka fittings and labor. I'll have to ask the MD courts for permission to put a lien on their houses for the labor and permission to remove my property from the structures.
InstallsRus........what do you have to loose? Ask the courts for your bucks.
And Frank Genco I am watching the ads here on the Bar for you.
Joe
