Seriously, you pointed to those ConEd workers and said those guys reflected the work ethic of all union employees. Now I want to know if those non union guys who installed 80% of their systems not grounded are a reflection of the work ethic of non-union workers.
Is grounding not important to you or us non union installers. Can you really compare some guys who MIGHT be taking a longer break than authourized to an epidemic of, 80% of systems not being grounded. Are they really on the same level. You should also remember that when working with high voltage some employers encourage workers to stop working if they are fatigued. They would rather you stop, than continue working and hurt yourself and/or your co workers. Not saying this is the case here, but its just something that needs to be noted.
