i answered an ad on cablebar almost two years ago , i drove from ohio to tampa within 24 hours didnt research the company or nothin when i got there the lead tech was drunk he was late for work on the first day but guess what im still working for the same company today and that drunk guy is one of the best installers i know im working with him now, we all have weaknesses. i think in this profession you really need to trust your instincts and gut feelings and you need to know human nature. i dont like working with hot shots i like working with down to earth people who are just trying to make a living for their family and do a good job for there employer.honesty man go with the straight shooters
