Horse with no name

I just don't understand why the Bar allows companies to place adds for inhouse and contractors without leaving a company name. I, and I'm sure most, like to know who we're sending resemes to before the fact. 9 times out of 10 no reply. I've gotten two jobs off of the Bar. One in California that turned into a no pay nightmare and one in Indiana that had it's share of problems but once I left Netstar (hire anyone with a pulse and never check they're work) and went to work for Skope, a great company, pay on time, no tolerance for hacks. I know contractors that won't consider a job off the Bar due to past experiences with some of the bottom feeders that advertise here. I've been in this business almost twenty years and never had a remote problem of getting paid up until two years ago.
