Re: contractor or employee: where's the line?

Where are you at in Texas? I am in Austin where TWC plays games with it's contractors. They want you to do everything for free and the company says it is a team effort. They want you to help these illegals do the job because they accepted a low price. I refuse, I prewire houses. I would love to go back to cable, but not for free.
