Hey pal, doing one's job should not and MUST NOT include lying, which it routinely does where lawyers are concerned. Any defender that lies or disregards known information in order to help a client is no better than the client. A true defenders job is to defend the innocent, not get the guilty off the hook when they fully know that person is guilty. In my book if you do those things when you are in a position to benefit the known guilty, you are just as guilty as the defendant. You are what you do.....period! Obviously, you must have been on the OJ Simpson jury.
