The actual rate Bruister pays it's "fresh meat" is more like $10 per hour, the $15 per hour rate I was referring to was the top pay for veteran techs who chose to move from a POV to a COV. A POV tech at the time averaged $30 per hour and his only exenses were fuel, vehicle, insurance & tools, all coax, materials and small parts were company supplied, unlike a sub who usually has to provide all that out of his own pocket.
