Never go againt the family... LOL...I feel its fine for employees to look out for the good of the company. My point was that I feel if the company's QC program HIGHLY depends on techs playing the dual role of tech and manager, theres a problem. They are paying the the actual managers to do nothing. The money they are paying them could be used to compensate techs for the dual role they play in the effort of helping the company prosper.
