IF L.O.S is not an issue a good tech never settles for less than 90's 80's is a slap together. Best thing anyone can do that is already peaked out and not needing HD or Para Todos is to go up in dish size 1m does well or bigger if you have access to one.
The larger the dish the more signal collected. old 95 dishes , primstar dishes etc.
